Our Teaching Team: Artists, Educators, Mentors
At the heart of our programs is a team of experienced, passionate teaching artists who are committed to helping students thrive—not only as performers, but as people.
Each member of our education team is carefully screened and trained to ensure a safe, inclusive, and supportive learning environment. Many are certified educators, working theatre professionals, or long-time WCT collaborators. But above all, they are mentors—dedicated to guiding students with encouragement, clarity, and care.
We proudly use a mentorship-based model, especially in our youth and teen programs. Students aren’t just learning—they’re leading. Whether they’re running a warm-up, shadowing a director, or assisting backstage, they are being equipped to become the next generation of confident artists, responsible collaborators, and creative leaders.
