Ticketing Policy

Transfers

At Waco Civic Theatre, we want your experience to be easy, flexible, and rewarding. 
  • Flexibility: Tickets may be exchanged for another performance date of the same production if you contact us at least 24 hours before your scheduled showtime.
  • Cancellations/Reschedules: If a performance is cancelled or rescheduled by WCT, we’ll notify you immediately and provide options such as rescheduling, credit, refund, or transfer to another event.
  • Donating Tickets: Can’t attend? Return your tickets to the box office and receive a charitable gift tax receipt for their value. Tickets are non-refundable.
  • Tickets are fully transferable. If you can’t make it, simply give your tickets to a friend or family member. At the box office, they’ll just need the name of the original purchaser.

In the event of a sellout, late comers’ tickets can be sold to waitlisted patrons at the discretion of our box office personnel. It is strongly suggested that you arrive early or your ticket can be sold at the start of the show.

All tickets are non-refundable.

Ticket Holds

  • Tickets may be placed on hold for purchase for only a 24-hour window. 

Memberships

  •  Memberships are non-refundable.
  •  Unused membership tickets will automatically receive a charitable gift tax receipt for their value at the end of each season (May 31).

Education Program

  •  You may request a transfer to a different camp, class, or program.
  •  Requests should be made at least 2 weeks prior to the start of the program.
