Ticketing Policy

Non-Refundable Ticket Policy

All ticket sales are final. Tickets purchased for Main Stage, Spotlight, Children and Youth shows, and Special Events are non-refundable under any circumstances, including but not limited to:
 
  • Change of personal circumstances
  • Scheduling conflicts
  • Travel disruptions
  • Illness or injury
  • Weather conditions
  • Event dissatisfaction
 
By purchasing a ticket, you agree to this no-refund policy. If the event is cancelled or rescheduled by the organizer, we will notify all ticket holders with updated information and applicable options, which may include rescheduling, credit, or transfer to another event at our sole discretion. Refunds will only be issued if legally required.

Transfers

 Tickets may be transferred to another performance date of the show it was purchased for originally.

Memberships

Partial refunds for memberships will not be given for missed shows. The exception to this rule is for those with a “Stage Star Patron” membership and up.

Voucher Memberships

 All sales final (no refunds on unused tickets).

Education Program

Any refunds for the Education Programs must be requested 2 weeks prior to the start of camps/rehearsals.
We strongly recommend reviewing all details before purchasing, and contacting us with any questions prior to completing your order.
Ticketing Fee is added to each ticket whether purchased in-person or online.
